Clare had a 13 year career at IBM before moving into coaching and team development. She works with individuals and leadership teams supporting them to grow and flourish. She has worked across many organisations and finds supporting the NHS and University sectors particularly rewarding.

Clare has an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brooks University. She also has a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brooks University.

Clare is also an IRONMAN, having competed in Austria 2013 and Barcelona 2019!

As a result of 15 years training and developing Sales Associates at Mars in the UK, Ireland and South Africa, Sam offers a wealth of expertise in areas such as coaching, mentoring, blended learning training programmes, personal development, presenting, workshop facilitation, team building, engagement and feedback.

Through charitable projects and volunteer work, she has also worked with children of all ages in the UK, Chicago and Burkina Faso (West Africa).

Sam has always been interested in people and what makes them tick – it’s why she loves being a psychologist. She started her career as a graduate in a business psychology consultancy and gained great experience in psychometrics, assessment and development, working both in the UK and internationally. She also discovered a passion for learning and development and spent 15 years in a variety of internal Learning and Development management roles.

Mike has spent over 20 years supporting leaders, teams and organisations to develop.

His approach combines the highly pragmatic; “what works?”, with the aspirational; “what could be?” to generate the ideas and energy which deliver meaningful, lasting change. Mike holds a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London and is qualified in a variety of personality profiling tools. Mike has worked at a senior level with teams across many sectors including FMCG, finance, engineering, hospitality and property.

In the distant past he was an Army Officer.

Wayne worked for Mars for 13 years in a variety of sales and senior leadership roles, before moving into Director roles within Private Equity backed businesses.

Through those businesses, he has gained first hand experience of people development, management & leadership in all kinds of situations - growth, turnaround, mergers and acquisitions. His passion has always been working with people to help them achieve their goals, whilst building highly effective teams.

As a father of 3 and an experienced youth football coach, he is also especially passionate about millennials and Gen Z and their contribution to the world!

Wayne is a practiced coach and QA certified trainer.

Eddy is an experienced Executive Coach skilled in working with management teams in important change situations and in improving team performance.

He has more than 20 years experience in various advice and management positions at SMEs and international (listed) companies within finance, business economics and change management. Since 2009 Eddy has also been trained and active as an Executive Coach and Team Coach.

Eddy is an accredited Ashridge Executive Coach, Master (MSc) in Executive coaching and is a member of the NOBCO. He is able to coach in English and Dutch.

Natalie has many years' experience working across the corporate travel sector in project management, account management and implementation and has a keen eye for detail.

Professional and highly organised, she works hard to keep things running smoothly day to day and with all our events.

Laurianne has a background in creative, linguistic and technical communications, and has worked with brands such as Associated British Foods (ABF), the BBC, the DIT, Fitbit, Fortnum & Mason, Graham & Brown, Jamie Oliver, Hitachi, KFC, Le Tour de France, Mercedes-Benz, and the PFA, among others.
