Online Development Programmes

Sometimes having face-to-face development just isn’t possible.

Whether it’s because you are a global business, there’s a pandemic, you are too busy or you want to offer flexibility. We have a great, proven, solution. Brave Conversations has created engaging experiential online programmes rooted in blended learning. The focus of time spent is ‘on the job’ putting the learning into practice v. sitting in the classroom for hours on end.

We develop our bespoke programme content in collaboration with you to meet your needs and culture. Each programme is built around digestible bite-sized modules which are delivered using multi-media tools and based on proven business models, latest research and current examples. Each module can be timed to meet your annual cycle or focus areas. You could choose to run a year long programme or a single module ‘boost’.

Our online modules are supported by Zoom clarification and reflection sessions, lasting no more than an hour each.

  • Bespoke content design to meet your needs.

  • Style culturally aligned to your business.

  • Flexible delivery timescales.

One of the key factors in our recent business wins has been the performance of the senior team. What is particularly exciting is the sense of ‘team’ that I feel across the business. Everyone is pulling together in the same direction and towards the same vision and mission. One of the key strategies for unlocking this potential has been the Leadership Development Program you have created. It has been very well put together, the pace is perfect and the content is spot on. The interactions within the virtual meetings and offline have broken down barriers, built trust and led to open, honest, transparent and effective conversations.

A very big thank you from me, for your enabling this change.
