Prior to founding Brave Conversations, Lesley Roberts spent 16 years with Mars Inc where her career spanned both the commercial and people side of the business.  Whilst at Mars she took a sabbatical to raise money for charity, gain perspective, learn about leadership in the extreme and explore her limits.  She took part in the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race spending a year at sea crossing the worlds largest oceans.  Prior to Mars she worked in the Highlands of Scotland with the charity, Venture Trust. Her role there was to support the personal development of young adults who had been referred to Venture Trust by social workers. Lesley holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School.

Lesley wholeheartedly believes in the benefits of working outdoors where possible. Nature offers such value to the coaching experience for both coach and cleint(s) as well as supporting our wellbeing.
