Requirement: Small companies have their own set of unique challenges and having just one team member 'out of sorts' can have a great impact. Talking Heads required a 'starter' evaluation of their team and advice on moving forward effectively.

Solution: Lesley created and facilitated an Emotional Intelligence Workshop, starting with each team member exploring their own facets and actions by completing an online exercise.

Once with the team in their own offices, this was then used as a base for each individual to examine their approaches and also, to look at how they work as a team.

The primary aims were to understand each other, how they can get the best out of each other, and increase understanding for the goal of effective team working.

The overall target was to acheive a happier team and a positive impact on projects and clients.
